We have been working together with the Spenst family since 2014 when the initial food production plant was built. Since then we have completed two major additions with the last addition conforming to the required regulations of raw meat handling. This included PVC wrapped pipe, stainless ductwork, and a special ventilation system so the processing area could be washed down after production.
