Starting in 2014 we began installing the plumbing, heating, cooling, and ventilation systems for eight three story 12 suite multi-family condo buildings and four commercial condo buildings. The last commercial building was completed in 2024. Each suite has it’s own hot water system, and it’s own forced air heating, cooling, and air exchange system.
