This four storey building is a 66 suite 55+ seniors apartment complex complete with commercial kitchen and underground parkade. The project started in 2014 and was completed in 2015. The building has a fully balanced recirculating hot water system, each suite has it’s own heating and cooling unit, central make-up air unit for fresh air, commercial kitchen ventilation system with welded grease duct and make-up air unit, and ventilation for parkade.
